A sweet ensemble for an elopement announcement.

Envelope address

The envelope

Soft sage envelopes with dreamy dark grey mixed calligraphy help set the tone for this romantic yet not too fancy elopement announcement. This envelope has soft wispy modern calligraphy names paired with a Blush and Blue Designs signature style sans-serif writing style. The envelope liner features custom watercolor florals and greenery that are reminicent of the brides bouquet from the day.

Blush and Greenery

This suite is built in layers. A soft translucent vellum on top allows the announcement photo to slightly peak through to the receiver upon opening the envelope. Sitting just behind the photo of the couple is a note announcing their engagement. Blush and Blue Designs worked with our trusted copy writing expert to make sure the words were perfect! The letter was written in one of my favorite calligraphy styles to use. Perfect for readability of longer lines.

Beautiful idea! Translucent vellum over elopement announcement suite. Wedding idea

Favorite Feature

If I had to pick, my favorite aspect of this suite was the dreamy vellum. I love the softness this piece added to the entire ensemble. The flowers and calligraphy printed beautifully on the paper and added a just a bit of complexity to this overall simple project.

Bouquet Ribbons Calligraphy

Bouquet ribbons are one of my favorite ways to incorporate calligraphy into your big day. Soft linen or even silk ribbons are the perfect substrate for adding a special calligrpahy touch. But dont stop at just your bouquet! Ribbons are great for adding to you r head table, escort card tables, or even as a pew adornment.
